A pledge of commitment and support.

Today on another online PC support group we lost a brother in this

fight against prostate cancer. It is a sad day but also a celebration

of life. Lance had fought a good fight, but in the end the Lord was

ready for him. Since my diagnosis, over a year ago, I have been

committed to help others who become one of us. I do little things like

wear a blue ribbon lapel pin or a blue wrist band. I also pray. I

extend those prayers for those we lost, and for us all here. I felt

the need to post here today, where I mostly monitor, to let you all in

on a secret. I wear that wrist band day and night. It does not come

off for any reason. And I pledge that I will keep those daily prayers

for all of us with this stupid disease. May God be with you all!
