, I did not answer your first question because I believe I remember

thinking you were looking for an eye drop. I remember looking at what you had

and thinking about Aricept, which is used for dementia, but thinking that

couldn't be it since you were looking for an eye drop. Now looking at what they

have sent back, I am wondering if they really meant Aricept. I think I would

ask them more about the drug, saying that you have been unable to locate it and

you need more information so you can add it to your drug book. Maybe if they

would give you what the generic form is you could then find it. Hope this

The other day I posted and med help for s/l eryosopt. I left it blank and

flagged it with a Post-It note. The doctor's office sent back the correction

with the med spelled " ept " .

I still cannot document this ANYWHERE. What should be done in a case like this?

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I think what the doc may have been trying to spell is Aricept, generic name

donepezil,

, but it's a treatment for Alzheimer's. Is the pt. an Alzheimer's patient?
