Adrenals & Irregular heartbeat

Recently after my husbands stay in the hospital I apparfently did not

stress dose enough as I started getting irregular heartbeat and really

felt beat and tired. Does that mean that my adrenals had used all of

its reserve???? If not what did it mean and what should I do???

It coiuld have been the reserves were used up or you just did not have

enough cortils at that time, but usually the reserves will kick in if

available,
