I have never posted my stats before but here goes....

240/194/150 Began Atkins 6-16-00

have faith :-) .. if atkins says it's 2 carbs then

it's 2 carbs ... there is controversy in just about

everything Atkins says, you either believe Fully (i've

chosen that route) .. or you have doubts and fears

about his program , he says that Glycerine is'nt

metabolized by the body therefore it is ommitted from

the carb count , knowing Atkins i'm sure this was

backed up with LAB test etc ,

i personally do eat the bars as a snack and have'nt

had a problem what so ever , even though when i was a

newbie i was adviced to stay away from the bars, i

chose to believe Dr. Atkins , until he actually

changes the carb count or comes out and says that it's

MORE carbs , then 2 carbs it is :-) ...
