Hi guys, hope your doing well,

I was wondering what I should do about my Klononpin (2mg at bedtime).

I need to have a new prescription written up on it and I see my

nutritionist/doctor in a week.

There's been alot of talk about how Valium is easier to withdraw

from then Klonipin. Should I just go ahead and have my doc write a

prescrption out for Valium instead of the Klonipin, so that when I

am ready to start tapering off this med my body will have already

adjusted to the Valium?

If I do this switch, is there going to be any withdrawals just from

switching from Klonopin to Valium? I haven't started withdrawing

from Klonopin yet and I don't plan on doing this for atleast another

two months or so.

What are your thoughts and advice on this. Or should I just stick

with the Klonopin and taper from it and not switch to the Valium?

If I taper with the Klonopin, then will using the liquid titration

be sufficient with this drug, as with the other meds I have already

come off of? I just want to make the withdrawal process from

Klonopin as tolerable as possible.

Working to come off the Geodon is very, very difficult. My body

puts up such a " fuss " when comes to decreasing the dosage. It is so

addicted to this one drug, more so than any of the others. I'm

still at 24mg Geodon, I have a feeling this is going to be a slow

and laborious process getting of this stupid Geodon.

Thanks for your input.

Hugs,

V.
