Guest guest
I too feel for Lorraine and any one can help her I know you can but if there is any thing we can do to help out we will. Remember when the word Creatine was going around well I tried it and it has worked wonders for me. I could not ever reach up to turn off my lights I had to take both hand to push up the other sorta crawl up the wall. Now I can reach up with one hand also reach out and up over my head I am doing a lot of arm exercises now too. People can't believe how much I have inproved. I still can't walk or talk but I write everything which helps me stay alive. I envy all you guys and gals getting together I think it is wonderful. I have never met anyone with PLS.
