Count me in for the Turtle group too. I just started Induction. Why is it

called " turtle " ? Is it for induction people or what? Sorry I haven't seen

any reference in the past.

I'm also in Northern Michigan ( City). It's called the Turtle menues

because we had some of our members who were either losing very, very slowly,

or not at all. So I put together some meal plans designed to make them toe

the line and required them to stick it out. Those who did lost weight.

Those who didn't weren't any worse off (but they didn't stick with it, you

see.)

All they boil down to is some induction style eating that is planned out and

regimented, including water and snack intake.

Where in Northern Michigan do you live?
