Guest guest
>> There were steady at 97.8 for five days and then I did a salt fast, had my period, raised cytomel and took a Xanax.....they then went way down.<< ALL these things have one common denominator. They ALL lower cortiosl levels. Lower cortils causes the thyroid to stop getting to the cells, thus temps drop. Never do TWO things together that lower cortisol. One thing you can possibly get away with, but more than one, your system will dip too low. the reason for your fatigue is probably low thyroid. 45mcg is a veyr low dose still. Check using method at www.drrind.com to see if your temps are stable fro one day to the next with less than .2 degrees differencein daily averages. thsi indicated enough coritsl . if they are stable you justneed more T3. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
