Guest guest
Sorry thought Isocort was a glandular. Your meds are so different to ours. The glaundular has not arrived yet but will give it a go first and then see if I can get the Isocort into the country. What would be recommended dose with Isocort. If has has on the lable that is has HC in it then I won't have a chance getting it in. I need to find an alternative just incase. Thanks Margo > > You could try Isocort. Guest guest
I love isocort. It has 2.5 cortisol in each pill. I recently went from 4 a day to 8 a day. I dont know why Im needing more, since I felt good with less before...but It is the only thing that helps me. Guest guest
Well the company that makes isocort will tell yiou 2.45rmg per pellet. However about a thousand people's experience and one good doctor ran an independent test and it is about 1.4mg cortisl per pellet. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Hope you had a nice christmas I have some HC left over and want to give it another a try. I stopped it due to saliva testing and never took it back up. Today I'd be lucky if I have been up 4 hours. All I want to do is sleep. Each day is getting worse. I can't seem to take more than 15mcg T3. I'm just bombing out. I need something though. Taking the T3 has helped in the way that I am a tiny bit happier and when taking a small amount I am warmer and breath better. If I try T4 I get foggy head, headache and a sore throat. If I give the HC another go what should I start with. I've not wanted to take it just incase I can't get a doc to prescribe it again but I have no choice now I have to try something. I am stuck to the chair with legs that feel like tree trunks my feet are so sore even not on them and I am battling to stay awake. My day today was up at 10am (normally 6am) knackered, went to town for an hour or two by 1-2pm I was on the chair sleeping, I woke for half an hour then out like a light again. I dozed ever since plus i have been very cold. That's been my day. It's 9pm and I feel more lively. I have taken 5mg HC just to kick start things in the hope I might feel a little more awake tomorrow If Isocort has a small amount of HC in it could I take a small amount of HC. I used to do ok on 5-10mg per day. I don't even know how I should dose my T3 now. It was suggested to take 15mcg but I almost think it is too much. I have split half into some other capsules so hoping I have them about right for 7.5mcg. I am just desparate. Thanks Margo > > You could try Isocort. Guest guest
Margo before I could recommend starting HC you need to make certain you have a steady supply of it. It can be dangerous to jst stop HC if yiu run out so please tell me you cna order it online or get it from a doctor before you start a program to take ti every day. Once oyu start taking HC your body WILL become dependent on it and it can be a bugger to get off of it if your adrenals are nto ready to return to doing things themselves. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
You poor dear! The HC might help you with detox support and you can try it for a couple of days and see. No harm in this that I see. It does take a lot of time to work up and through issues, so put your long distance gear on. There'll be lots a sight seeing along the way. But you'll be better for it when you arrive. A new person!AGPosted by: "free2ridejones" blairs3@... free2ridejonesFri Dec 26, 2008 12:51 pm (PST)It is something I could try for a couple of days and see if it helps. If it does I just might be able to convince the doc that is what I need. I have a little more energy this morning only I have something else going on I think. I am in a full time cold sweat headache (mild)no appetite. I have a kidney stone so wonder if that is causing me troubles or that I had to be taking a morphine based pain relief since November that I am addicted to and having cold turkey symptoms.I have only taken 7.5mg T3 today and see how that dose goes for a few days. I have had 2.5mg HC. If I have some good results I just may be able to talk the doc round. I've got to get up and moving. It is such a waste of life in a chair sleeping all day. I was so hoping T3 was going to be a big help to me and now I'm nothing again. I've got to try something. At least I can afford the HC when I can get it. I do have the adrenal cortex coming so I could take that over when it arrives. Had no idea it was different to Isocort. It's going to be really expensive too.I look back to when I weaned off HC for testing how mornings were becoming difficult to get up. Back then if I had have just done the RT3 test and stayed on HC things might be quite different.Margo
Guest guest
I thought the same. If I can't get Isocort in I am shot anyway. I would have to find an alternative to HC. I have about 300 HC tablets waiting to be eaten. I thought it might just help me get over a tight spot until I can get the T3 sorted. And maybe they have a chance for a little rest. The cold sweats I am sure are the oxycontin. I didn't need them for pain relief yesterday and think that I have become unknownly reliant on them. It's not getting any worse yet so hopefully I will be able to ride that one out. Last night I had a 5mg HC and took 2.5mg 7.5mcg T3 and I feel more awake today. I have not taken a huge amount so that should be easily enough to stop??? I am hoping the adrenal cortex will be here early next week. I don't know but I think when I was on no NT I became quite hypo which has stressed my adrenals. Don't know just guessing.
