Does any body > else have similar symptoms? I don't have hashi's, but when I had fibrocystic breasts and aching muscles and joints, it was because my progesterone levels had tanked. We tried iodine for the breast cysts, but they only really went away when I got my progesterone levels up where they needed to be. Janet Szabo jknitter@... Guest guest
for iodine questions I would join the iodine group at Yahoo groups. I am not a proponent of iodine treatments I ahve seen too much go wrong with them, and have yet to see proof the loading test is acurate. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
What does it mean that your progesterone levels had tanked? Up or down? Guest guest
Hi , I can't find anything that relates iodine to T4 to T3 conversion. However selenium is necessary for the process to take place. Do check out the iodine group, but keep on top of the Rt3. It's hell if that gets out of hand. Steph, the iodine moderator just said yesterday that her husband never took any thyroid meds but after 9 mos on iodine his antibodies went away.
