It ODES supress TSH very rapidly and may nto be able to come back up as

fast as you ar reducing ti. And I woudl EXPECT to go more hypothyroid.

That is a small dose but have you been off all thyroid meds in the

pastfor anylength of itime? I go VERY seriously hypo in a day without

meds as my thyroid is not producing any.

Thanks for your answer.I did not take any thyroid meds in the past. I started t3 because i am suspecting rt3 issue.And i felt much better with it. Just wished to stop it for a while to find out if my allergy symptoms and insomnia is being caused by it. Should i decrease the dose every three days? or more?what should be my increments?

I suspect your allergy symptoms are simply adreneal stress as it clears

cortisol MUCH faster than without it. But what size tablets do you have?

I would reduce in the smallest increments you have available to you.

It is 25 mcg. I am able to divide that tablets into 6 or 8 pieces producing approximately 4 or 3 mcg's.
