Help with Fiber

Ok, I really gotta do something about my " plumbing " situation ;)

I need fiber! I was thinking about using psyllium husk powder and

wanted your suggestions.

do any of you take the capsules? or do you use the powder? I was

thinking about using the powder in my shakes in the morning--any other

suggestions about how to use it?

How much do you use?

I know flax seed is another option, right now I'm taking 2 softgels of

flax seed oil a day (most days), i think that's 2000 mg (I'm sure this

isn't the same as taking real flax seed--for fiber, but I'm also sure

it has some benefits-all those essential oils...)

I also know I need to be diligent about my water drinking to help.

any other suggestions will be very welcomed!

(who's very frustrated...stuck at 201-202--soooo close, yet soooo far!)
