So we're supposed to be doing the turtle plan today and already I'm having

difficulty.

I ate my 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon (which I said I was going to modify).

I drank my water (actually, I've drank a liter and a half). I sat around

for half an hour sipping water hoping my hunger would go away. It didn't.

I determined that I was still really quite hungry. So I ate half of what

should be my mid morning snack. Only, I didn't have the print out and

misremembered the days. Apparently, today my mid-morning snack will be the

pork rinds and cream cheese. I ate about five pork rinds and one ounce of

cream cheese. I feel much better now. I am no longer " starving " .

Not sure what I need to do now. At 10:30 when I'm ready for " snack "

(diabetic, have to have that snack), do I eat another ounce of cream cheese

with pork rinds and continue the " error " so there is at least continuity to

the turtle plan? Or do I eat 1/2 ounce of nuts? I think for this first day

I'll probably be better off with one kind of snack.

Another " modification " I may make. Again with the snacks. I may eat just

the jello, and then after dinner I will have just the whipped cream. :) I

probably will not eat the cheese, but if I need it, I would probably only

eat one stick.

Water is not a problem! :)
