Guest guest
My pulse is normal and regular, usually around 60-70 bpm. But when I lay down, I can hear it in my ears, making it hard to fall asleep. I also notice it during the day sometimes. For example, as I'm sitting, if I bend my knees so my feet are near my butt, I can feel my heartbeat behind my knee. It doesn't hurt or anything, it's just really annoying. Does anyone know if this is a thyroid or adrenal symptom? I'm really hoping this will go away once my thyroid is optimized, since my adrenals seem to be supported already. -Jung
