High Antibodies, Normal TSH

Val, we just got these results for my DH:

TPO antibodies: 118 High [0-34]

Antithyroglobulin Ab: 84 High [0-40]

And a separate test, 2 weeks before:

TSH 1.79

His TSH has never been out of range, but he has frequent fatigue &

brain fog, and occasional HIGH energy episodes (he's an athlete).

That's why I thought he should get the antibodies test, although the

ND disagreed.

Would you say he has Hashi's with these results? And would you say he

needs thyroid treatment?

I'm asking because these antibodies are not nearly as high as mine or

lots of other folks here on the forum.

Thanks,
