BlankI am in need of doing an urgent cleanse and having purchased the wrong

thing before I dont want to make the same mistake again.

The one that I purchased before also contained bicarbonate of soda and a

sweetener obviusly the wrong thing.

Be glad of a prompt reply please.

EPSOM SALTS used for th flush should be clean.

Try to get epsom salts (also called Magnesium Sulphate) (chemical formula

MgSO4) as clean as possible.

You don't want any other ingredients.

Pharmacy can usually get clean Magnesium Sulphate.
