Guest guest
Once you've decided to do it, try to stick with it or modify it to make it easier for you. I don't do well with long fasts so do short easy ones. Moderation in eating is the key. I followed everything prior to my first flush (cleanses etc.) and still got sick and felt awful as I passed stones. I envied those who say they did'nt. I hope next time will be easier, but if it's not. I will still stick with it. Gotta get better. Tired of feeling less than perfect. conniechristian wrote: Now I have a headache and am looking for excuses to stop. I really want to stick with this. Guest guest
I just wanted to say that I'm sorry you felt sick with your first flush and I do hope the next one goes more smoothly for you. I'm one of those who hasn't really had any ill effects, other than extended diarrhea from the Epsom Salts (which is one of the reasons why I don't use them anymore). I'm glad you're going to stick with it. That shows a lot of courage and strength on your part. I can relate to what you said about being tired of feeling less than perfect. I just know that my quality of life can be so much improved by being consistent with the cleansing. I've already experienced a bit of that and I want more! I'm looking forward to improved health and increased physical capabilities. Thanks for sharing your thoughts - they were an encouragement to me and a reminder of how important this is. Guest guest
Which recipe do you use? My husband are planning on doing our first cleanse, but I want to get more advice on which one to use to avoid vomiting. -----Original Message----- From: Rachd1961@... The only thing I can think of that I do differently is that where it says to drink the olive oil and lemon juice separately I just mix them together. I know someone posted a reason why it's good to keep them separate, but I can't recall what it is. One thing I can suggest to help if you have trouble keeping the mixture down. If you add a drop or two of Peppermint Oil it is soothing to the stomach and may help. I have tried that and it does help. I've never actually gotten sick, but felt like I might once and the Peppermint Oil seemed to help. I know it has been a number of days since you wrote your post. (I've had company and haven't been on the computer!) Have you done your first cleanse yet??
