Suzanne,

1 tbsp in the evening is enough.

That will be 1/2 of what you took last time ?

delute 1 tbsp in 2 glasses of water.

If that amount induces diarrhea, then take only 1tea-spoon in the morning.

in the morning:

delute 1tea-spoon in 2 glasses of water.

Agnes

So Agnes, one should not even have to go to the bathroom the evening of the

flush? I always had diarhhea when doing a flush and thought that was normal.

Thanks. laura

Hi Suzanne,

I also had the same problem with diarreha after the 6pm and 8pm epsom

drink. It wasn't a painful experience. A lot of water and sludge. I

think I even had several small stomes eliminated then too. The salts

not only help to promote loose bowel but I believe it also opens

ducts and pores throughout your stomache, intestines, and bowel. I

think it helps to clean out a lot of stuff in your body. You need the

salts to assist in opening the ducts and also in the morning to

remove the sludge and stones so that they don't stay in your

intestines for a longer amount of time.

One reason I had so much elimination was because I used heaping

tblspns instead of level. On my second flush I reduced the amount to

only slightly less than level tblspns. I still had diarreha but

definitely not as bad. I felt good about it because it didn't hurt

and I knew I was opening ducts and eliminating all the gunk in my

body. Some third world countries use Epsom as a cure for constipation

and stomache aches caused by amebas.

I wouldn't eliminate the salts entirely because you still want to get

the best results from the flush. Flush is the word. haha

Anyway, good luck.

Barry.

Hello,

I am about to do my 3rd flush tonight.

Due to severe diarrhea before 10 P.M. on the first two flushes, I

would like to either omit or reduce the amount of epsom salts used.

I can't remember how much EP is needed to be effective.

Anyone know?

Thank you,

Suzanne
