Yes you could use HC but I think you would probabyl do fine on a fairly

low dose UNLESS it lowers your ACTh to much which is always a risk. With

your low sex hormones I suspaect your ACTh wil shut dwn really easily.

And you really SHOULD be taking estrogen and progesterone for your bones

and heart and glucose health.

OK, thanks. I am going to talk to the doctor about it again at the next

appointment. It was growing a beard that had me twitching! LOL

How would I know that my ACTH was shutting down? It is probably safer

just to do supplements to support the adrenals, huh?

Well Isocort is a bit more than a supplemnt as it does contain cortisol.

Which is why I recommend it. Yo wil nto get facial hair from estrogen or

progesterone, so those you definitly shoudl be supplementing.
