Guest guest
Hello! I am following the Iodine Project Protocol for my fibrocystic breast disease and hashi since July. I also have aches in my arms and legs and feet and think that this a T4 to T3 conversion problem (i.e. I get too much reverse T3 instead of the good stuff). Does any body else have similar symptoms? If so does the Iodine project protocol deal with it in time? Or do I need to do something else (zinc, copper and iron supplements in the correct ratio for example). MacG.
