PLS address and permission

I have not written to PLS Friends before so will say a little about myself and my husband. Jack was dx'd with PLS in 1997 at the age of 60. He has progressed to needing total patient care now. I am a nurse and was trying to work, to keep our insurance up but have decided to take early retirement and stay home full time to care for Jack ( insurance would not help pay for the CNA that we hired to care for him so I could work). Jack has a strong Christian faith but this disease is very hard on both of us. Here is our address information that can be used by any other PLS Friend.
