griping about phone companies

Hi,

I thought I'd join in the gripe session about phone companies. I have

THREE phone lines - all needed becasue of the way I connect into the

hospital's sytem for transcription. Get this: Verizon charged me a

one-time fee of $8.95 for EACH line to NOT have my numbers listed in

their phone book....AND...GRRrrrr....$4.95 per month PER LINE to not list

in them in the phone book or on their information service. Is that a

rip-off or what?!! I told my husband that if we were rich I'd love to

file a class-action lawsuit against them. How can you charge people for

something they're NOT getting!!!??!

Oh, I feel SO much better!
