Guest guest
Swaeating sunds adrenal. On the supplements you will have to play wiotht the dose tofind what works for you. But I am not sure a glandular will be enough, I have not sen them really work the best for weak adrenals. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
What do I do then if my salvia didn't suggest I needed HC just a supplememnt like licorice etc. On the 31.8.08 this was my results 8am 15 (10-28) 12pm 6 (3-15) 4pm 6 (3-15) 10pm 3 (1-5). Urine Cortisol on the 1.12.08 was Voloume 3040 24hr Concentration Excretion Normal/24 Urine Cortisol 122 371 (100-400) Creatinine 3.4 10.3 (7.0-12.5) He's looked at both and felt HC is not needed. I don't disagree it cortisol but what do I do about it. I am going to try this and it's probably not the best idea but I am going to get some empty capsules and split the 15mcg in half. I think my doses might be too much it one it. I will ask about normal T3 not the slow realease and see if that helps. Thanks Margo > > Swaeating sunds adrenal. Guest guest
oh my gosh!! Im over hear scared into not taking too much. Is there anywhere that I can read that test? Subject: Re: Re: What is the causeTo: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, December 25, 2008, 2:11 AM Well the company that makes isocort will tell yiou 2.45rmg per pellet. However about a thousand people's experience and one good doctor ran an independent test and it is about 1.4mg cortisl per pellet.-- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/------------------------------------
Guest guest
Nope it was oneindiividual's doctor that had an independent lab analise it. From what I ahve seen in people's experience when they went from Isocort to HC there is no way a pellet of Isocoret has 2.45mg Cortisll in it. If they aswitch even doses for HC the HC ios ALOT stronger so I believe the lab anaalysis from that doctor,. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
It is something I could try for a couple of days and see if it helps. If it does I just might be able to convince the doc that is what I need. I have a little more energy this morning only I have something else going on I think. I am in a full time cold sweat headache (mild)no appetite. I have a kidney stone so wonder if that is causing me troubles or that I had to be taking a morphine based pain relief since November that I am addicted to and having cold turkey symptoms. I have only taken 7.5mg T3 today and see how that dose goes for a few days. I have had 2.5mg HC. If I have some good results I just may be able to talk the doc round. I've got to get up and moving. It is such a waste of life in a chair sleeping all day. I was so hoping T3 was going to be a big help to me and now I'm nothing again. I've got to try something. At least I can afford the HC when I can get it. I do have the adrenal cortex coming so I could take that over when it arrives. Had no idea it was different to Isocort. It's going to be really expensive too. I look back to when I weaned off HC for testing how mornings were becoming difficult to get up. Back then if I had have just done the RT3 test and stayed on HC things might be quite different. Guest guest
I always thought it was morphine based but now I don't think so. I works similar to morphine though. There is Oxycontin which is slow release and Oxynorm instant release. I've been taking both only dropped the oxcontin sometime ago and just kept up with the Oxynorm and took them when the pain hit, usually every tweleve hours. I don't understand what it is really. The are so many drug terms in it I don't know about. If they are codine based then that would be handy to know. Very interesting about what it does to the cortisol levels. I actually had my saliva don't sometime prior to oxycontin though. I think perhaps for that spell of being on no Thyroid med may have tip the balance and I just need a pick me up for a time to get on the right track. I didn't take any HC before bed last night and have not woke like a box of fluffys like I did yesterday. Might try 5mg tonight and see if I get the same result. I wonder if sleeping tablets have an effect on cortisol. I take zopiclone. If I don't take them I am most night pinging off the walls. If that is a problem for cortisol I'll do my best to get off them too. Now is a good time while I am not at work. I may just have the flu I don't honestly know, but the oxycontin road I don't want to go down again. I think if I can get the kidney stone out it will help and should need nothing for the pain. Normally when I have a flare of pain it's only a couple of days but it's been on going since November and now pain wise I don't feel I need such hard pain relief and just stopped them. Could be a big whoops. The panadeine forte you take does that have codine in it. I take Neurophen Plus which each tablet has 12.5mg codine and I take two but it does nothing for my kidney pain. Great for headaches I guess. Not taking them whilst on the oxy meds though. Pleased the shots have helped you Cat. Not so good the crap you had to go through in getting them though.
