Guest guest
I will get violently ill for 3-6 months after each General Anesthesia. After the third time my Colonoscopy was done with Propofol only and after that I was OK, no problems with Lyme. Propofol is out of the system so quickly that I woke up a few times, but did not feel anything. I did not need to wait for the Anesthesia to wear off, so I could go home right away. Good luck. I was however concerned that the anesthesia drugs might cause a lyme flare-up or worsening of symptoms. Does anyone have any experience with being anesthetized with an active infection? Guest guest
I love propophol. I too had it for endoscopy and colonoscopy. I sleep great and wake like I have been out for hours (yet its only 20mins). I can see why michael jackson used it. Although it is only good if you are going under for a short period of time.
