Guest guest
I also have this arthritis problem after starting t3. Not sure if it is a coincedance but it might be worthwhile to consider low cort. due to t3 eating up cort as val says. nil Thyroid??? Got a question for Val or any that can answser this one. After 30 years on synthroid, I went on Armour in 2002. Then my arthritis quit bothering me. Well I have been on T3 for a few months now because of RT3 and low cortisol. All of a sudden the last little while the low part of my back is stiff again and I have a joint on my thumb that is bad again, just like the old days, just not as bad yet. Do you think that I need to up my T3??? I take 75mcg a day(spread out)and I'm sure that will probably not be enough. I get my lab report this week, that will tell me more abhout how T3 is doing. Hope I get a copy before I see this doc on the 26th. Oh and my adrenals are not quite stable yet but much better, my standing BP is up alot more than it was but I still have bad days and my temps are better, only get two in a row thats close but much better than it has been.------------------------------------
Guest guest
Well this is all very interesting from all three of us. Hard to believe its adrenals that so quickly cause this pain(5 mcg only 2 days). If it is adrenal, then why is energy better? Also, does that mean that I shouldnt be taking the t3? And though it may be somewaht unusual I was VERY hyper on 75 mcg. sol
Guest guest
It could be hypo or hyper or too much cortisl being cleared too fast. In other words not a symptoms alone that can fdetermine WHAT is going on. You need to use temps and pulse and symtpoms to figure these things out, not jusyt one thing. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
