Nil- Totally relate to your post. I recently switched over from 105 mcg. cytomel and 25 mcg. SRT3 to all cytomel dosing. What an ordeal! For me an adjustment of 2.5 mcg. creates waves for days. When I first started dosing T3 I discovered that 3 doses worked well, but the last one had to be at 2 p.m. in the afternoon or I couldn't sleep! Not a wink. Or if I did it was filled with upheaval. I now dose- 42.5 at 6 a.m., 40 10 a.m., and 40 at 2 p.m. This allows me to get to sleep at night. With each T3 dose I take 5 mg. HC. The headache at night when waking, to me, is more from too much T3 than too little. But I might be wrong. I am basing this on a headache I had the other night when I woke for 2 hours because my T3 was too high. AGHi Valt3 is helping me but i am having real trouble with frequent dosing. today i took only three doses. last one being around 9 p.m. i did not wish to take the late night dose because i am suspecting it to cause insomnia. But i know have headache. it is about 2 a.m. i could not sleep again and i also have headache. I think this headache is hypo symptom.frustrating. It will take me sometime to adjust this dosing. i don't know why i am being effected so much with such a small dose.. i find this more difficult than adjusting hc dose.took only 12.5 mc today in three divided doses. this was just venting. i know i need some time to adjust these problems. thanks for readingbwnil
