Guest guest
Oh my gosh Sherrie, You really have a lot to deal with, and I suggest you go slow until you learn how much you can handle. Perhaps you may want to start with detox programs, plus kidney and liver support. As you learn more about using your GB 4000, you can set up new programs, besides the ones that are already pre-programmed. When I began with the GB 4000 I kept my treatments down to 1/2 hour, one month apart. (I didn't have my own then, either). I would suggest using your machine once a week or up to 10 days. You are right to drink a lot of water. Eating cucumbers and watermelon is good for detoxing your kidneys. Silymarin and turmeric are 2 useful herbs for liver support. There are a number of protocols for kidney and liver detox, but you need to work on one project at a time. Since you have the GB 4000, start with that, but very gradually. When I had a colonoscopy I also found it a very debilitating experience, and swore I'd never do another one again. Did they remove any polyps? There is a little healing time connected with that. I found the gas and bloat extremely difficult to deal with, since they pump so much air into you so they can look around. You might want to drink some Aloe Vera gel to help reduce the inflammation. The charcoal is also a very good idea. Look through your frequency book and make a list of programs--I have a list organized by purpose: LD, Fungus, Other pathogens, Detox, Digestion, Pain, Organs, Skin. Under " Other " I have things like Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, which don't seem to fall into any other category. I keep my list updated as to when I last used each program and how helpful I thought it was. You will find some programs that instruct you to also use another. For instance, with Malabsorption it is recommended that you also run Parasites. I usually run one program for LD, one for Detox, and then whatever else I want to work on each time. Sometimes I may only one 2 programs, each one 1/2 hour long. When I first began using the GB 4000 I often used the program for " Frequency Fatigue " , but my body soon adjusted to using the frequencies. I usually find the treatments quite relaxing. The popular practice of most members of this group is to use only one frequency at a time, rather than a program made up of several frequencies. You can try it both ways (at different times) and see which way seems to work best for you. I actually have never learned how to use my GB 4000--my husband always sets it up for me. But i design my own treatment plans. My doctor used to help me with this at first, but it is not difficult once you get the hang of it. I am thinking of registering for the MOPA training that was mentioned earlier today. Eventually I will probably get one too. I imagine you will get quite a bit of conflicting advice about this. Just remember to start small. As Jim likes to say: Pace, not race. Good Luck. Guest guest
Hi SherrieI would go slow....like a few minutes and wait a few days and see what die off you get .....one thing that jumps out at me is the kidneys....some say the bugs release metals when they die off and this would be very taxing on the kidneys so what are you already doing for kidney support? Please no more than a few minutes to start... Best, Hi AllI'm Sherrie, I just received my gb4000, SR, and Mopa a few days ago and I'm having someone that has an older model (without the MOPA) come help me get it set up today. I'm not starting with the MOPA, I'll work up to that. I purchased the whole shabang, this way it's versatile for the whole family I was in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy last week and my whole insides have been messed up, nausea, diarrhea, bloating......I feel like I have an infection all the way through, I also just feel cruddy all over.........any suggestions on frequencies to run for this(I do have the frequency book). I've read that a lot of you use detoxing supplements, any suggestions for a newbie?I'm going to drink a ton of water today, I have charcoal tablets on hand, I have enema supplies....what else should I run and pick up? I do have fatty liver, so it's sluggish and I have stage 2 kidney disease...so I need to make sure I don't go at anything to hard and that I'm getting proper help with detoxing.Open to any advise, detoxing, running my machine....anything. Thanks,Sherrie
