It is not that hard to change your subscription to normal mode.

Please, send blank e-mail to

gallstones-normal

to be able to receive all answers in real time.

Then, (tomorrow), you can send blank message to

gallstones-digest

to return to digest mode.

Yes!

Yes! But not after 5:30pm, as you need place in your stomach for ES.

>should i drink anything else? (ie water and lemon, etc - she does not say

Don't.

Try to meditate, and relax if you suffer hypoglicemia (hunger).

Try to sleep.

If you have to, take some fresshly pressed grapefruit juice.

>If i feel pain tonight, should i take more epsom salts, grapefruit or olive

No. Try reflexotherapy (foot massage).

Try to control pain by trying to relax.

Try liver massage.

which would relieve pain of a stuck stone etc?

Stone will not stuck.

Pain may happen (1 in 1000) only from one big or many numerous stones

inside Gallbladder.

In that case, EpsomSalts or oil will not help, as in that case, EpsomSalts

or oil were cause of pain.

Try to drink more water.

>i could not find pink grapefruit, is ruby grapefuit okay?

Of course.

Any grapefruit is OK.

>are lemons better than grapefruit or is grapefruit fine?

I think it is easier to digest grapefruit with oil.

You are not supposed to eat any fat or protein the first day, because it

will release bile in the liver. The idea is to build up the bile as much

as possilbe, to creat pressure to flush the stones out with the oil later

on.

> can i drink water after 2pm?

No.

Before 2 PM you can drink any fruitjuice you like.

No. As I understand it, you cannot change the protocol at all. Do exactly

what it says in the book. (If you do it all correctly, you should feel no

pain.) The only reason for you to feel pain is if you didn't do the

parasite cleanse before the flush, or if you have a cold. Never flush when

you are ill.

> i could not find pink grapefruit, is ruby grapefuit okay?

Don't know. I should think that that is fine.

> are lemons better than grapefruit or is grapefruit fine?

Grapefruit is fine. It says grapefruit in the protocol. Use grapefruits.

>i had some rice milk iwth 2g fat in for breakfast. is this okay?

Before the first flush I did I ate a " normal " high fat breakfast and decided

at the last minute, when my previous plans for the evening had fallen

through, to do a flush. I got out 50 - 60 pea to marble sized green stones.

I wouldn't worry about 2 g of rice milk fat.

>can i drink water after 2pm?

According to Hulda , don't drink anything after 2pm. If you are

properly hydrated, this should not be a problem.

>If i feel pain tonight, should i take more epsom salts, grapefruit or olive

Don't know. If you take the prescribed amount of Epsom salts, I don't think

you'll have a problem.

>i could not find pink grapefruit, is ruby grapefuit okay?

>are lemons better than grapefruit or is grapefruit fine?

Any type of grapefruit is fine. The advantage of grapefruit is that it

emusifies the oil better than lemon which makes it go down easier (a

definate plus). I gather that lemon or grapefruit works fine for the flush.

>I think it is easier to digest grapefruit with oil.

There is one problem that I observed with with freshly pressed lemon juice.

If you take 1/2 cup of oilve oil and 1/2 cup of freshly pressed grapefruit

juice, and you blend them for 1 min, that mixture will still be as liquid

as it was in begining.

Density of mixture is the same or lower then density of oil alone. It is as

liquid as oil is.

BUT.

If you take 1/2 cup of oilve oil and 1/2 cup of freshly pressed LEMON juice

(organic lemon),

and you blend them for 1 min or longer, you may get some mucus-like mixure

that is hard to swallow and hard to digest.

Density of mixture is higher then density of oil alone.

It does not happen always. Only sometimes.

Mixture of oil and lemon becomes ticker, it changes slightly density, and

is not as liquid as it was befor mixing.

Some chemical reaction happens, I guess.

Because of that, if you are using lemon instead of grapefruit, it is best

to drink each liquid separate, and not to mix it before drinking.

Take first oil, then immediately after take juice.

Like that, it is far easier to digest for most people.

Dear Ilana:

You must not have anything on your stomach. That includes Rice milk.

Water is Ok as are herbal teas like camomile or peppermint,.

With pain you breathe and relax into it. Visual the vessel opening and the stone

getting smaller.

It will pass and find its own way through. suggests 4 to 6 Ornithine

tablets before bed to

help you sleep through the night. You lie on your right side. Place some pillows

behind you to

support the position.

However I urge you to re-read page 597 of THE CURE FOR ALL CANCERS.

This is what she has underlined. Zap daily the week before or get through the

first three weeks (at least) of the parasite killing program before attempting a

liver cleanse.

Completing the Kidney cleanse before cleansing the liver is also highly

recommended, she says.

So please do not do this flush before you have done your prep work.

The combination of Olive Oiland grapefruit juice is very powerful in itself. Add

the epsom salts

to the program and you have a very powerful combination indeed. Then too if you

look at the

instructions she recommends ozonated Olive oil. A technique that would

oxygenate

the tissue in the liver and gallbladder area, thus protecting it from any

inflammation that might be incurred by the epsom salts. Four cups is alot of

Epsom salts! And not mugs... cups!

So do please follow her point by point instructions before launching into a

liver flush

without having first completed the three previous steps and that includes the

zapping.

This is not just a simple liver flush it is intended to also kill the parasites

in the liver gallbladder area

because if you read carefully she tells you to include 110 to 20 drops of Black

Walnut tincture.

Perhaps you have attended to all of this already. If so, great!

However if you are merely seeking to do a classical liver flush then stick with

the Olive Oil and lemon juice.

I

Bon succès

I hold you in the light of success.

  • 2 weeks later...

This seems to contradict other advice, which says that in the event of

pain, drink more oil and apple juice.

___________

Hi, Ira:

I don't know whether it contradicts or not. I just tried it out of necessity

because of the pain. I started thinking that if some bile was backing up

because of a stone, then the ES would relax my bile ducts and allow passage

of the bile. I didn't do it as a cleanse, just to relax bile ducts, which it

did.

I believe it could work. I remember on this list ,some time ago, a member

had dark urine and excrutiating pain. She took some ES and some oil and

Yeah, I don't know if it would work every time. It worked that time. I

It took about 15 minutes, but it stopped the attack.

This seems to contradict other advice, which says that in the event of

And also the general claims made that the epsom salts open up the ducts and

thereby ease the passage of stones.

How do we resolve the conflict?

This was an answer to the question:

What if you get an attack while DOING CLEANSING ?

WHILE DOING FLUSH ?

So, if you are doing FLUSH, you took ES and olive oil, and you got an

attack, is it logical to take more of what actually caused an attack ?

For some people it may be OK. Everyone is different.

BUT, remember,

An Attack while cleansing was reported only once on this forum.

That is why we consider It " bad karma " - " extremely rare karma. "

===================================================

What to do if you get an attack some other day, not the day when you do a

cleanse ?

That question have been answered many times, many differnt answers.

>This seems to contradict other advice, which says that in the event of

>pain, drink more oil and apple juice.

No contradiction here.

Every person is different, and someone with " very bad karma " (1 in 1000) is

" more different " then the others.
