Hi Donna,

So Sea Vegg is a Glyconutrient called Fucose. There are many different

types of fucose and some have lots of health benefits. The one I take is

from the Brown Algae off the coast of Tasmania and called Undaria

Pinnatifida, its combined with many others to make a complete beneficial

formula. If the maker of Sea Vegg says to take 3 per day and you are

only taking 1, why would you be dissappointed that you are not having

results??? You need to at least take the minimum amount and more would

be even better! I tell people if you are going to try something, then

give it a fair try. This is why most people will then say things don't

work, cause they really did not take according to instructions and not

for very long at all.

As far as your previous diet, you cannot live on fruit and vegies and

water as you have found out. Its also VERY dangerous to be supplementing

with iron unless you know for fact that you are anemic. Iron is not a

supplement to be taken without doctor supervision and certainly not to

try and cause constipation. If you have diarrhea then your stomach has

some problems and you need to figure out what they are. Perhaps some

enzymes or pro-biotics might put things right again.
