Guest guest
Wow I'm on rifampin septra too for Barr brucellosis the first 8 weeks were horrificNow I don't know if my heads so full feeling from still head herxing or it's just toxins or Lyme My full body herxes on rifampin seem to have stopped??? So hard to understandDid you know some doctors say rifampin can treat Lyme in some forms? I haven't found much evidence to support this ?Sent from my iPhone Barbara,Everyone does feel the panic...I think it comes with the territory. For me and I'm sure many others, it's difficult to stay calm and use my logic during these times. I have been taking Rifampin and Plaquinil twice a day. I've been detoxing as well and taking supplements. I just stopped the treatment because I feel it's either too much or not working...but not sure which yet. Warmest Regards,Juli To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Friday, August 17, 2012 6:23 PM Subject: Re: OT: Herx vs. Getting Worse hi juli, sorry to hear of all the anxiety and panic. we've all been there and still struggle with it.what meds are you on??barbara Hi Everyone, I always come back to our group when I feel panic mode. I have found my memory getting worse over the last four months to the point where thinking clearly is impossible. My brain feels like a loud buzzing mess. I am unable to retain anything and feel massive anxiety, neck and back pain. I considered a few modes of treatment and decided to go back to abx to treat bartonella, which I never have before. I'm pretty sure this is the co-infection du jour but am having a difficult time knowing for sure. My LLMD has been having me pulse but i could feel symptoms ramping up before I started back in with the treatment. SO the question on my mind is: was the infection getting worse and still is or is the treatment causing me to feel constantly awful? This is always when I start to panic and today is no different. My head and face is stinging and I am fatigued like crazy. Anyway, can anyone shead some light...I know I should know this by now, but can't seem to shake the fear associated with these moments, Much Thanks in advance, Juli
