Dear sharon, i have had one for a long time now, i wear it at didffrent

times, but not all the time, beacsue it can weaken the muscles, has your

mother said, but dont jsut go get one at the drug store, it should be fittned

to your neck size, i personaly hate waeting the darn thing but its nessecary

somtimes. peace
