This came into my email from

another list. does a very good blog. Some of you may be interested in

reading his posts.

This morning on my advanced

prostate cancer blog I posted an article which I believe is important for those

of us who have had failed surgery. The post describes a retrospective study

supporting an increased survival time (over a ten year period) for men with a

PSA recurrence and a doubling time less then six months. According to the

research authors this is the first study to demonstrate an extended survival

period. I thought that this might be worth a read and a discussion with your

oncologist if you are in this position.
