Thank you for your answers on iodine with hashi's

I believe that has answered my question, so many different answers.

However, I think It stimulated my damaged thyroid and thats why soon

after I started taking it, my neck hurt, just like it did for years

when I was undertreated. My thyroid is irregular and not very well

functioning. Its pretty obvious for me what the answer is as far as

the iodine is concerned. I am glad im a part of this group and I thank

everyone for their answer. Jim
