trying to order labs tests-need advice

I'm getting some labs ordered thru directlabs. This is what I've got

down right now.

Does it look right? need more? less?

Do I need to to the RT3 since it has been 5 months on T3?

Do I need Aldosterone again?

I am on HC, T3, and Florinef.

Vitamin B-12

Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy

CBC w/diff & plt

Ferritin

T3, Free

T4, Free

Potassium, serum

Sodium, Urine
