difficulty changing over from SRT3 to Cytomel

I have been on 105 mcg. Cytomel and 25 mcg. SRT3 and wanted to change

out. I tried to take 5 mcg. out of each capsule of compounded SRT3

and replace it with 5 mcg. T3 but quickly went hyper. Finally this

week I just went off and added T3 as I felt.

Did anyone else wean or exchange their SRT3 for all cytomel? What did

you find the trade ratio to be? I have added 12.5 mcg. T3 to replace

the 25 mcg. SRT3 but alternating feeling hypo and hyper. Uck!! My

adrenals seem to HATE this change.

I take my T3 in 3 doses. 42.5, 40, 40. My temps are 98.1 on average

but my hands are freezing on and off during the day. Perhaps it takes

time to get use to the added T3 hitting the receptors all at once.

Also, my hair shedding revved up with the change which means I really

can't tell if it's too much, not enough or just change that is afoot.

HR is a little elevated at times and so is BP. Cortisol levels are

fine.

Thanks for any help,

AG

I would sugest starting very low wiht it, dropping the 25mcg SR and

adding in maybe 5mcg regualr Cytomel. For me that is probably about

right as I found the SR io tried to be very weak.
