Guest guest
I would slow the Cytomel raises down. Hold the HC where it is and graph your temps to see if your adrenals are supported at this point. T3 can cause fluid retention if it is more than your body can handle what seems ot happen is it stresses some things in the body and not others and you need Ferritin up more to handle it properly. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
My suggestion with taking iron is to take what works for YOU!! If the liver tabs are bringing your iron up without discomfort, I would take them! I took HemaPlex, couldn't leave the house because it caused sudden bathroom emergencies.... so everyone is different. - > > Hi Sharon, > > I had been taking Liver Tabs by Now (inexpensive). Guest guest
.. I started taking Vitamin C each time I took them after > > about the second month after reading you should take them with Vit. > > C. Probably taking any kind of iron with Vit C helps. That is probably how I got mine too high. Have been taking piles of Vit C for allergies for many years. When I added the mineral supplement with iron in it I really did myself in.
