Guest guest
Heart pounding/pulse in the neck and high upper chest/throat area is a reflux symptom for me. It does seem like I'm also hearing it in my ears. I don't have a lot of reflux luckily, but I've had more recently since I've been hitting the carbs a lot. If you think this could be a reason for you, you can test it by propping yourself up some, so your head is about 7 to 12 inches higher than your stomach. I keep meaning to get one of those wedge things to use when this happens. Oh, and for me, laying on one side is much worse than the other. I have no idea about the knee pulse. sol i_am_magico wrote: > My pulse is normal and regular, usually around 60-70 bpm. > > But when I lay down, I can hear it in my ears, making it hard to fall > asleep.
