Guest guest
That doe snto sound likie an adrneal crash. there woudl be shakes ans nausea involved if it were. but it does sound as if you over did which equals more output o fenregy than your body cna coverin it;'s hormone depleted state. Stress dosing an extra 5-20 mg might help, but there is nothign liek extra sleep and rest to get through feeling liek this. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Thanks so much for your quick reply, Val. I've never had the nausea, legs are bit shakey, so I will hope that sleep and rest will be the best fix. Sharon Re: Is this a crash?
