Guest guest
Hello Everyone I have had countless (more than ten) basal cell carcinomas of my skin removed over the past 20 years so am probably well up on my vitamin D as I am sure these were induced by a superabundance of sun worship. I now take vitamin D supplements instead ao sun but nevertheless I was not protected from PCa which manifested itself in 2001 and following brachytherapy has reappeared in the last three years. Don't wish to cast a gloomy note as I still feel fine and function well. I do have a question though as to whether the sun delivers the same level of vitamin D if 100% sunscreen creanms are used. This seems to be an area where one set of advice conflicts with another. A situation which occurs all too often it seems.
