Guest guest
My temps reached 98.6 this afternoon for the first time ever. I raised to 80mcg TiTre yesterday, taking 40mcg at 7 AM, and 20mcg at noon and 5PM. However, when I checked my temps around 7:00, it had dropped to the mid 97's. Does this indicate weak adrenals? I've been taking 16 pellets of Isocort for the past 6 months, but if my adrenals need more support, I have no problem going on HC. (Although I hit 98.6, I certainly don't feel any better. So maybe it is an adrenal thing?) Dorothy mentioned that blood donation might cause a drop in temps (I donated blood today), so that might explain it. But if somebody's evening temps are consistently lower than afternoon temps, does that indicate adrenal issues or something else? -Jung
Guest guest
Actually the temps are supposed to lower in the evenings in preparation for sleep but mine have never done that at 7PM but certainly about 9OM mine have gone down from their peak for the day. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
