Hi Barbara,

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I believe you have chosen to to be

notified daily with a list of postings, and then you can click on the messages

in that list. Where it gets confusing is if you choose to get a separate email

for every posting. The format is similar to a regular email and if it is a long

posting you don't notice the options at the bottom of the screen. Or sometimes

if i'm in a hurry I just click 'send' at the top of my screen the way I would

for a regular email, and then everyone in the group gets an email. Occasionally

there's a good reason to send everyone in the group an email, but it happens

quite often by accident. I've never noticed anything 'odd' about your postings.

If I haven't explained it well enough, I'm sure Jim can explain it better. If

anyone had complained about the way you post, I'm sure he would clue you in.
