Dana, tell your husband one word for me....SPLENDA!!! :) I too am a sugar addict, didn't realize it till I started this lifestyle change, but I have a problem and splenda solved it for me. I can still have my sweet tea!!! Yeah! Good luck....Barbie

Oh Cheryl! I want to tell EVERYONE to get on board, I feel sooooo great on this diet, if not just for the losing for the making me feel better! Physically, mentally and emotionally! I love this plan!!....Barbie

Ok I was not going to even speak about this but I just have to. It is obvious to

me that you (sherri) have not read the book and you are not in this for the long

haul. which I do not have a problem with but if you are not serious about Atkins

why are you even on this WOE??? and the question was posed earlier also how can

you justify eating this way to lose weight if it is so unhealthy that you are

scared to use it as maintainence?

Do you really see this WOE as " only eating fats " ? It's unfortunate

you don't see all of the vegetables and whole foods (i.e. natural,

non-processed) and their benefits. And exercise is important no

matter what type of eating one does. While I whole-heartedly support

your right to choose, keep in mind the vast majority of " low fat "

products on the market contain ADDITIONAL carbohydrates (i.e more

than their non-low-fat counterparts). Perhaps you should consider

just reducing your fat intake if that is something of a real concern

to you.

Again, I support your right to choose.

I agree with you Marlena.........I eat alot of grilled chicken and

veggies......sorry to see anyone think of this as just fats.
