Guest guest
Hi all, Can you use epsome salts if you have high blood pressure? We are waiting to hear before we (my sister and I) start our first flush. Thanks for any input. Jeanne

If you're concerned about it, maybe using Magnesium Citrate would be better. Although, Agnes or Dale might have the answer. Susie
Guest guest
Hi , If you can forego all liquids after 2pm, that's what Dr. recommends and what I have done. However, I think Agnes has posted that you could drink water, with no ill effects...I just don't have any experience with doing it that way. Guest guest
, Between 2pm and 6pm try to only take little sips if you have to. 4 hours isn't really a long time to fast from water. If you have to drink water just make sure you don't drink any at least one hour before the oil mixture. You don't want oil to sit on top of water because you may feel ill. Guest guest
OOOOOh! You just answered 2 questions. The one about fasting from water pre-epsoms salts drink, and...the reason I was so sick with my first flush is because I used a crazy recipe that used alot of water mixed with the oil and lemon juice and taking several of those drinks in a 2 hour period. It still worked, but I'll do Hulda's tonite! Thanks, Barry & cheers on #3! of Dewberry Hill , Between 2pm and 6pm try to only take little sips if you have to. 4 hours isn't really a long time to fast from water. Guest guest
I am not sure about this question. But my chiropractor took epsoms out of his flush procedure because of the blood pressure thing. I would ask a pharmacist. laura ----- Original Message ----- From: <gingsong@...> <gallstones > Sent: Friday, January 11, 2002 5:07 PM Subject: Re: Pre-flush fast/ can drink water? > Hi all, > Can you use epsome salts if you have high blood pressure? Guest guest
Hi , Agnes had said that you could dink water until 1/2 HOUR before the 6 o'clock ES mix. I feel that I needed to drink lots of water to keep my fluids up,; so drank as much as I liked, but think that it's wise to quite 1 hour before the ES drink. That way the water is in your cells and out of your bladder/system and will not effect the effect of the ES drink.....I think (sounds logical to me).
