Re: T3 and normal temps

I think T3 would affect the body core first. It will take awhile to

work out to the bones, muscles and skin, with skin maybe last?

May temps remained the same from the start with Armour although my

heart rate did increase slowly. Now that I have gotten up to more

adequate amounts of T3 temps are finally going up a bit.

Well I just got my period. I skipped last month - its really out of

whack. I've noticed in the past my temps go up just before my period.

Wonder if the supplements and liver/castor oil packs had anything to

do with raising my temps?
