Guest guest
Hi Val, I was reading the STTm book on low vs high aldosternone symptoms. i have all the symptoms of low aldosterone except I get this tingling in my legs and arms like they are falling asleep. In the book this is considered a high aldosterone symptom. Any ideas? if I cross my legs, or keep my arm in a pisition longer than a few mintues they go numb (like they are falling asleep). I just started flournif, and want to make sure this I am not doing any harm. I crave salt, did the BP test and am orthostatic, suffer from feeling of nausia when stressed, and have a high pulse. Thanks!
