Can I eat cheese if it is no fat? >>

______________

,

I'll try to help, but Dale really is the expert on this. I ask him things

all the time, and this is similar to a question that I asked him.

Normally I don't eat cheese, which has always been my favorite food in the

whole world. Yellow cheese is prepared a certain way that isn't too healthy,

I don't believe. Dale has checked into this more than I.

I have followed Dr. Cabot's liver-cleansing diet, but actually need to

get back on it because I've been cheating lately. It's a wonderful diet for

anyone in the world!!!!! She says don't eat dairy, okay? Too many people

have problems ranging from mild to very severe with dairy products. Dairy is

also not good for the liver and gallbladder. If you are having GB problems,

it would be best to stay away for the time being until you get your GB

cleaned out a bit. This is my opinion.

Now, , after I cleaned my GB out some with several cleanses, I can

sometimes eat baby swiss cheese with no problems at all. I asked Dale, and

he said that it may well be fine because this certain cheese may be prepared

in such a way as to not be as unhealthy. I've forgotten is exact words. I

think it's something to do with the oils in it. He can correct me if I'm

wrong. If I'm having mexican food, which I try to make it very healthy, I

can also have a little monterey jack cheese, and this doesn't seem to hurt

me. Mexican food can be made to be extremely healthy, especially with your

healthy fats like avocado. Avocado is wonderful for your liver.

Your yellow cheese are much higher in fats. Don't forget, there's good fats

and bad fats. Seek your healthy fats. That's why you need to study Dr.

Cabot's stuff at liverdoctor.com. It's really an eating plan for

life, and there's the basic plan that she has that's very healthy too. I

would highly recommend her books.

Hope this helps!

I'll try to clear this up a bit regarding the eating of cheeses. The most

important thing to remember is to avoid all cheese that is pasteurized as

this means the enzymes are dead and there is likely a hydrogenated oil

involved in its manufacture. Cheeses that have been made by natural

processes are much more expensive because they aren't cheaply made. However,

they are more easily digested by the body and will actually be more of a

usable saturated fat. Just keep it to a minimum and it will still be

possible to enjoy it once in a while.

Yogurt is also something that should be natural and not have sugar added. It

really is self defeating to add sugar to something that is for you

betterment in health.
