Thanks, Terry. That information will be helpful to a lot of people. I

haven't done a parasite cleanse yet, so I will look forward to reading about

your progress. Then when I get to the point where I'm ready to do one, your

story will give me courage.

Hi Terry,

I think it's a good idea to do the parasite cleanse first, although I

know people do have success without doing one first. You know

instinctively what's best for yourself...so go with that. I used

products from a company called Nature's Medicine 1-800-408-1525. It's a

total parasite/bowel/kidney cleanse, two month program for first time

users. Thereafter, you take it once a year for one month. It's very

easy to take. There are three products: Paranix is in capsule form,

taken 1/2 hour before eating breakfast ( I think). Internal Sweep is a

powder you mix in water or juice. Klenz tea is a tea you take before

bedtime. It's not cheap, but if you buy 1 set, you get the 2nd half

off.
