If you really want a successful flush, it's time to become good at

fasting...:)

The flush I did only involved fasting from 2pm - before that you can eat

lightly but NO FATS AT ALL. If you eat any fats, you will totally defeat the

object of the exercise and will probably get little or no results.

If you eat after 2pm, you will probably end up vomiting when you do the

flush.

Seriously, if you are going to do a flush, do it properly. I did one using

liver salts instead of Epsoms once because I don't like the taste of

Epsoms...I ended up being in pain for about a week after and had no results

from the flush. 2 weeks later, I did it again properly and had terrific

results and no pain. It may not be the most pleasant couple of days of your

life, but believe me, the end result is absolutely worth the effort!

Here is the link to the flush I did:

In the morning, I ate toast with no spread etc and for lunch I had a jacket

potato with some mushrooms which I adore - so it wasn't so bad. I kept busy

all afternoon to avoid thinking about food too much and I am lucky enough to

have a wonderfully supportive partner who helped me when it got tough...:)

The next morning was simply amazing - as you'll read if you follow the link

above...:)

Good Luck!

Hi Kim

I know it's easy to get confused with the different variations, but you're

the only one who can decide which is the " best one " . I'd suggest that you

choose one that seems good to you and try it and if you don't care for it or

don't think you see the results you would like, then try a different one the

next time.

Fasting will be an important part of any of the cleanses, though, but only

for a half day, so you should be okay. Most of the cleanses incorporate

juices, so between juices and LOTS of water (preferably with lemon juice),

you should be able to make it through that half day. :) Then you might

find that it feels so good that you'd like to try a longer fast - you never

know until you try! :)
