I juice these two almost every night. They are great together. The beet is

very good for your liver. With this I also juice 2 cloves of garlic and 3

stalks of celery.

Its good!

This may have already been answered (I have a ton of messages to catch up

with!), but in case it hasn't I wanted to put my .02 out there.

The only reason I would think there is any caution about drinking carrot and

beet juice would be if a person is diabetic or has some other reason for

monitoring blood sugar levels. Otherwise, it's not a bad idea to dilute

these juices, but I think you'd probably have to really drink a lot of them

to have any harmful effect from the sugars.

I can't imagine drinking that much fluid in a day - wow, that really seems

like a lot. Since this guy had the reaction in his urine I would think that

indicates that his kidneys were cleansed - which isn't a big surprise with

that much fluid. Very interesting story!
