Guest guest
I juice these two almost every night. They are great together. The beet is very good for your liver. With this I also juice 2 cloves of garlic and 3 stalks of celery. Its good! The only reason I would think there is any caution about drinking carrot and beet juice would be if a person is diabetic or has some other reason for monitoring blood sugar levels. Otherwise, it's not a bad idea to dilute these juices, but I think you'd probably have to really drink a lot of them to have any harmful effect from the sugars. you wrote: >To make a story short, he drank ten or twelve glasses of hot water with the >juice of one lemon in each throughout the day and about three pints of >carrot, beet and cucumber juice daily. >On the second day he did have some terrific spasms pain for 10 to 15 minutes >each. I can't imagine drinking that much fluid in a day - wow, that really seems like a lot. Since this guy had the reaction in his urine I would think that indicates that his kidneys were cleansed - which isn't a big surprise with that much fluid. Very interesting story!
