My blood work came back 0.00 on the PSA; cholesterol and

triglicerides continue to be down. Upon questioning my URO today:

He says there was focal involvement in the right anterior quadrant

and that is the reason he wants me on 6 month intervals.

The Red Dirt Adventure triathlon was a hoot. I will be wanting to

do that event again. I am currently signed up (or have intentions)

for the following events; 5K, 10K, 25K, 1/2 marathon and full

marathon all held on various dates between May 17th and November

16th.

Always on the look out for some new kind of event, adventure or

challenge.
